Stripping the existing building down to the basement/foundation, the new design takes advantage of the proximity and views of Lake Wandawega. Smaller private spaces are clustered under a sleeping loft, while the double height space opens out towards the lake. Seasonal storage as well as a recording studio are situated in the lower level. This project is currently under construction and slated to be done by end of 2025.
