Stripping the existing building down to the foundation, the new design takes advantage of the proiximity and views of beautiful Lake Wandawega. More private spaces including bedrooms and bathrooms are pushed towards the street, more public spaces including the kitchen and living room are pushed towards the lake, and seasonal storage as well as a recording studio are situated in the lower level. This project is currently under construction and slated to be done by end of 2025.
